Our Mission

We teach the authentic way to success in life and career. John Maxwell said” Everything rises and fall on leadership” Campus Missions for Global Development operates mainly in the Universities of Nations, where the next generation of leaders are raised. We therefore build and develop human resource capacity among these university students who are our future leaders. We target our audience from the top down as its being said that leadership is by example. We teach, educate, empower and train though workshops, conferences, seminars, symposiums etc.

Our Vision

A Nation where work in the market place and beyond is so fulfilling that someone has to remind you to take a day of rest.
A nation where work takes its rightful place as a calling, deployment from God not as an employment, and as a heavenly assignment to serve the greater good of humanity and bring glory to God. Reminding ourselves that your job is what you are paid to do but your work is what you are born to do.
A nation where work is approached with the mindset as to give an account of one’s service to God in their respective fields, whether in Leadership, Politics, Governance, Clergy, Public services of all sort, statesmanship, Entrepreneurship, private enterprises and petty businesses etc.
A nation where workers receive divine inspiration to do unprecedented exploits for community, society and nation as recorded about some Bible characters like Joseph, Daniel, Nehemiah, Abraham, Mordecai, David, Esther etc.
A nation where workers use their talents, gifts, abilities, interests, personalities and life experiences to their advantage on a daily basis for development and growth.

We serve students with impactful, life transforming information. Practical/ applicable research resources. In depth knowledge and applicable wisdom in their respective fields which will manifest positive results when applied. We do continual studies and research for new creative and innovative findings. We track our progress and the progress of the students we empower in order for us to remain at all times consciously liable for the attainment of our vision and sustainability of our organisational passion.

Our Story

From Humble Beginnings to Global Impact

Founded with a vision to empower students for global leadership, our mission began in a small campus meeting, driven by a group of passionate individuals committed to transforming the world through faith and action. Over the years, we’ve expanded our influence to reach students from various nations, equipping them with the tools to bring about positive change in their communities.

Our ministry grew out of a desire to develop a generation of young leaders who are not only academically equipped but also spiritually empowered to serve and lead with integrity and purpose. Through educational programs, mission trips, and entrepreneurial initiatives, we’ve seen lives transformed and communities impacted across the globe.

Today, we continue to focus on developing students who will lead with a heart for service, ready to impact the world by creating sustainable solutions and leading with faith at the forefront of their endeavors.

We exist to empower students with purpose, leadership, and the calling to serve—not only within the walls of academia, but beyond, in every sector of society.

At Campus Missions Global, we believe that true leadership begins with identity, character, and divine vision. Our mission is to teach, train, and empower students to recognize their God-given gifts and deploy them in ways that impact communities, nations, and the world at large. We operate on the belief that work is not merely employment—it is a calling. We prepare students to lead with integrity, to innovate with wisdom, and to serve with compassion.

Our Beliefs

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God and the only perfect rule for faith, doctrine, and conduct.

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, and that this salvation is received through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and not as a result of good works.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life and to perform good works.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and that the true church is composed of all such persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit.
